Tyrone Thomas
Tyrone Thomas comes from an intensive programming background and has gradually migrated to the New Media business in the course of a career spanning twelve years. He has a wide range of qualifications from Senior Executive Level Management and Strategy to hands on implementation. As a CTO, Tyrone developed skills in personnel organization and management, and ERP strategy in the areas of rich media content development and syndication.
As a new media technologist Tyrone Thomas has built infrastructures for multiple dynamically published websites, implemented e-commerce back-ends, and implemented audio/video streaming/conferencing systems. As a deathstar programmer for AT&T/Bell Labs and Salomon Brothers, Tyrone dealt with early network technologies and large distributed applications for monitoring T1 networks and financial trade capture systems. Currently Tyrone is President of BreakThrough Technologies and it's web services division, BreakThrough MediaLabs.
Another important project for Tyrone and BreakThrough is MusicOrgy.com. A community based internet radio system serving streaming media audio content. This system allows audiences to make requests from a customizable playlist and then tracks their requests behavior. This system can be customized to any organization's brand. Many online marketing enhancements can be added to promote products, drive online sales and audience development. All tools can be directly tied to the user behavior data gathered while users are visiting the site and requesting music. Shuchi Sinha
Shuchi Sinha has acquired valuable quality assurance and niche technologies skills in digital channels space while spending time in India, EU and South Africa. Along with her work at BreakThrough Technologies, she is offering her expertise to Hindustan Computers Limited (CMM level 5 MNC having presence in 90+ countries) where she manages the delivery of various projects for clients like Spielo NextGen, Westpac, Standard Bank, Eskom etc.
Shuchi was born and brought up in a small town in India. She has a Bachelors of Technology in Chemical Engineering and was shortlisted by Accenture placement program for top students. Since then, she never looked back and had been working and contributing her rich expertise and software skills as well as people management skills in I.T companies on various projects. She had also done Masters in Business Administration in integration with job and has deep understanding on Business ethics and compliance, needs theory, accounting and finances.
She had voluntarily taught computer science subjects to students in Bangalore academy and is an active member of Corporate Social Responsibility including programs like plantation, helping old age homes, orphanages etc.
She is inherently and genuinely interested in optimizing environment for healthier and better living and loves making and exploring home-grown and natural local items.
